Grammy Museum Opening Exhibits

exhibit graphics, arts, non-profit, music, history, culture

These were the opening exhibits of the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, designed in collaboration with the Creative Director at Gallagher & Associates. The museum’s three floors each called for a different graphic language: warm neutrals and archival photography for the history of the Grammy Awards; bold primaries and geometric patterning for the telecast and contemporary music content; and a raw, protest-inspired aesthetic—grunge typography, high-contrast orange—for Songs of Conscience, Sounds of Freedom.
